HYROX HEAVY

Strength meets stamina. Hybrid Heavy is our weight-dominant workout. This class prioritises big lifts, loaded carries, and power-driven movements, with bursts of cardio sprinkled in to keep the heart rate high and the intensity real.

You’ll push sleds, move heavy, and test your grit while building serious strength, endurance, and resilience. Hyrox Heavy is the perfect balance of raw power and conditioning — designed to make you stronger, faster, and tougher every week.

Daily Grind is our ever-changing mix of weights, cardio, and bodyweight training, all wrapped up in a functional, high-energy format that keeps your body guessing and your mind switched on. No two days look the same. One day you might be deep in an AMRAP, chasing reps against the clock. The next, you’re tackling an EMOM that tests your pacing and grit. Then just when you think you’ve figured it out… boom, partner workout. Game on.

It’s designed to build real-world strength, engine, and resilience without the boredom. You’ll lift, move, sweat, and sometimes question your life choices (briefly), but you’ll walk out stronger every single time.
