BOXING BOOTCAMP - WITH COACH HAYLEY

Get ready to throw some punches, learn real techniques, and sweat it out in our brand new JABsolutely Fit Bootcamp with Coach Hayley.

This fitness boxing and kickboxing bootcamp is designed to help you build fitness, coordination, and confidence while learning proper punching and kicking techniques. You’ll work through combos, drills, and conditioning designed to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong, energised, and a little bit like a fighter.

Whether you’re completely new to boxing or just want a fun, high-energy cardio workout, this bootcamp will have you moving, sweating, and improving each week.

Bootcamp Details

📅 Starts: Wednesday June 3rd
⏱ Session Times: Choose either 6:00am or 7:00am
🥊 Coach: Hayley
👥 Limited to 10 people per session
💰 Cost: $225 per person
