The Recovery Project is based in the heart of Cromwell, Central Otago. We are an Osteopathy and injury rehabilitation clinic offering a combination or manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.

The clinic is within “The Workshop Fitness Centre” meaning we have full access to gym equipment.

Laura’s mission is to develop the patient’s ability to understand and “listen” to their body, in order to achieve long term health and performance goals. Our aim is to establish a thorough understanding of an injury for the patient in combination with a step by step plan to recovery.
